| TERMS AND CONDITIONS Sale & Purchase We shall offer to sell and you shall decide to purchase products subject to our terms and conditions. However, receipt of an order does not constitute acceptance of an order. Hence, we reserve the right to accept or decline that offer. Ordering & Payment All transactions are shown in £GBP sterling and payment will be required before your order is despatched. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are inclusive of delivery and packaging. Product Representation We shall endeavour to ensure that all items shown, are accurately represented. However, from time to time, there may be slight variations, which you agree to accept, providing the variations are not substantial. Delivery Any date or time period for delivery will be considered as indicative only. Hence, the time frame is provisional and does not form any part of a guarantee. The customer will be informed of any products not available, at the time of ordering, and any out of stock items, will be despatched to you, as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for losses or inconveniences caused as a result of delays in deliveries. However, once your order has been accepted, delivery will be made, as soon as possible. Returns To qualify for an exchange or refund, you must adhere to the following conditions: a) The product must be “as new” and this does not cover faults caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear. b) You must retain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning goods to us. Please note, postage/delivery will not be refunded, unless the items are returned within 7 days. Updates & Amendments We reserve the right to remove, refuse or reformat any information without prior notice. Furthermore, to improve the quality and appearance of our products, we can change any item(s) specifications and/or prices, at any time, without prior notice. Privacy In accordance with our privacy policy and the Data Protection Act 1998, your details are confidential and will not be passed to third parties or used for unauthorised promotional purposes.
